Return Policy

1. All products and services – after clicking 'Order Confirm' on page and received a success order email – will be considered as Date of Sold.
   
   ကုန်ပစ္စည်း ၊ ဝန်ဆောင်မှုများကို Page တွင် 'Order Confirm' ခလုပ်နှိပ်ပြီး၊ Order အောင်မြင်ကြောင်း အီးမေးလ်ကိုရရှိသည်နှင့် တစ်ပြိုင်နက် ပစ္စည်းဝယ်ယူသည့်နေ့အဖြစ်သတ်မှတ်မည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။



2. Delivery Date is the date when customer signed on the slip of kmdmart.com delivery date.
   
   ဝယ်ယူသူမှ kmdmart.com မှပစ္စည်းလက်ခံရရှိသည်ဟု လက်မှတ်ထိုးသည့်နေ့ကို Delivery Date ဟုသတ်မှတ်မည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။



3. Apart from Public Holidays, items with following conditions are qualified to return within 3 working days and kmdmart.com will re-deliver with the same model else non-returnable without any conditions.
   
   အများပြည်သူရုံးပိတ်ရက်များမှအပ ဝယ်ယူသည့်ကုန်ပစ္စည်းများကို အောက်ပါအကျိုးအ ကြောင်းတစ်စုံတစ်ရာဖြင့် ကြုံတွေ့ခဲ့ပါက ၃ ရက်အတွင်းပြန်လည်လဲလှယ်နိုင်မည်။ သို့မဟုတ်ပါကမည်သည့်အကြောင်း ကြောင့်မှ ဝယ်ယူပြီးပစ္စည်းများကို ပြန်လည်လဲလှယ်ပေးမည်မဟုတ်ပါ။
   • Items are not correct as stated on the invoice. (e.g. wrong color, wrong model).
     
     ဘောင်ချာထဲမှာဖော်ပြထားသည့်အတိုင်းမဟုတ်ခဲ့ပါက။ (ဥပမာ - အ ရောင်မှားနေခြင်း၊ ပစ္စည်းအမျိုးအမည်မှားနေခြင်း)
   • Items are unboxed and/or damaged.
     
     ပစ္စည်း၏အထုပ်အပိုးပျက်စီးပြီး ဖွင့်ဖောက်အသုံးပြုထားခြင်း။



4. kmdmart.com will not accept returns on any items after 3 working days
   
   kmdmart.com မှ မည်သည့်ပစ္စည်းကိုမဆို ဝယ်ယူပြီး ၃ ရက်နောက်ပိုင်းမှ ပေးပို့ခြင်းကိုလက်ခံပေးမည်မဟုတ်ပါ။



5. Items are not qualified to return are as follows:
   
   ဝယ်ယူသူလက်ခံရရှိပြီးဝယ်ယူသူ့ထံမှပစ္စည်းများသည် အောက်ပါအခြေအနေများဖြစ်ပြီးပါက ပြန်လည်ပို့ဆောင်မှုမပြုလုပ်သင့်ပါ။

   • Unboxed items/unpackaged items
     
     (ပစ္စည်း၏အထုပ်အပိုး ပျက်စီးပြီး ဖွင့်လှစ်အသုံးပြုထားခြင်း)။
   • Used Items
     
     (ပစ္စည်းများကို အသုံးပြုပြီးသွားခြင်း)။
